Lindblad Expeditions Offers Travel Agent Incentive for Voyages to South Georgia & the Falklands

Lindblad Expeditions-National Geographic announced a travel agent incentive and free airfare client offer that increases traveler's chance to experience the islands of South Georgia & the Falklands.

The one-time, 19-day wildlife-focused voyage is set aboard the 148-guest National Geographic Explorer and departs on March 7, 2014.

The travel agent incentive has two reward levels:

·         Agents that book three cabins on the March 7, 2014 voyage will earn a complimentary expedition for themselves, valid for two persons sharing a cabin on the same voyage.

·         Agents that book one cabin on the March 7, 2014 voyage are automatically entered to win a complimentary expedition for themselves, also valid for two persons sharing a cabin on the March 7th voyage.

The travel agent prize is valid for a Category 2 cabin on the March 7-25, 2014 departure. The prize does not include air transportation; baggage/accident/cancellation insurance; items of a personal nature, such as alcoholic beverages, gift shop, etc; passport expenses; extension; and gratuities to ship's crew at traveler's discretion. This offer is based on new bookings only. Award has no cash value and is not transferrable.

Clients benefit as well—with complimentary airfare from Miami for bookings made by Dec. 31, 2013. The free airfare offer is subject to availability at time of booking and based on round-trip economy group flights (Miami/Buenos Aires), plus charter flights (round-trip Buenos Aires/Ushuaia) that must be ticketed by Lindblad Expeditions. In the case that Lindblad's group flights are not available at the time of booking, they reserve the right to issue an air credit. Offer is valid for new bookings only; may not be combined with other offers, and is not valid on extension fares.

Joining the expedition as a special guest speaker is Dr. Joe MacInnis, Canada’s first deep-sea explorer and the first person to explore the ocean beneath the North Pole.  Among the first to dive to the Titanic, he was recently on James Cameron’s Deepsea Challenge team for the historic seven-mile dive into the Mariana Trench.
