Missing Guest Aboard Celebrity Century

Celebrity Cruises is reporting that a 73-year-old British citizen traveling alone aboard the Celebrity Century has gone missing. A crew member noted the absence on Wednesday after the man's cabin appeared unused. Upon being apprised of the situation, the ship's captain ordered the ship to be searched and reversed the ship's course. Century had left Madeira, Portugal on Nov. 1, and the ship's log indicated that the man had not disembarked in port. The liner is on a 14-night transatlantic cruise from Barcelona to Miami, which began on Oct. 27.
