Three-time Olympic Ski champion, Maria Holf-Riesch, will be onboard several cruises during Europa 2’s 2017 and 2018 season with her BE.YOU training program, designed exclusively for the ship. BE. YOU. introductory courses will also be available on all cruises on the Europa 2

The BE.YOU holistic fitness regime focuses on the basic elements of health-oriented training combined with healthy nutrition. Starting with an analysis of physical performance, the concept is then individually tailored according to the results. Maria Holf-Riesch, who developed the program on the basis of her own experiences, will be on board selected cruises to provide group training sessions with her trainers:
