As part of MSC Divina’s recent North American debut, Richard Sasso, MSC Cruises’ USA president and CEO, and Ken Muskat, SVP of sales and marketing, recognized some of the line’s leading North American travel partners during a True Partners presentation, successfully kicking off her three-night celebratory maiden voyage from Miami.
Award criteria for the MSC True Partnerships award included overall business growth in revenue and guests, continuous partnership support and innovative marketing efforts that drive increased consumer awareness, among other attributes.
