Travel agents can now make commissions from selling MSC Cruises shore excursions. The cruise line announced Monday it will pay travel agents commissions on shore excursions. Agents who pre-book excursions at least three days prior to the departure date will earn 10 percent commissions. "We institute programs like this that actively support and reward our agency partners," says Richard Sasso, president and CEO of MSC Cruises. "We offer one of the most comprehensive commission programs in the cruise industry. MSC also extends 10 percent commissions on air add-ons.
