Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has announced the addition of four new shows debuting through September 2025 across nine ships including Norwegian Breakaway, Encore, Epic, Escape, Gem, Getaway, Jewel, Joy and Prima. The new shows, “Red, White, & British,” “Bring Back the 90s,” “Icons: The Bands” and “Ignite the Night” were created in Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ Creative Studios in Tampa, FL.
To kick off the Europe summer season, “Red, White, & British” will make its debut on Norwegian Breakaway’s March 14, sailing. The show celebrates iconic British musical performers and artists, and includes a section paying tribute to David Bowie and Queen. The show will then premiere on Norwegian Epic’s May 14 Greek Isles sailing, followed by Norwegian Prima during its Northern Europe voyage on August 24.
NCL will also introduce “Bring Back the 90s,” which will debut during Norwegian Getaway’s March 2 sailing. The 50-minute show includes songs from Alanis Morissette, Salt-N-Pepa and Destiny’s Child. It also utilizes dynamic vignettes that celebrate 90s fashion, pop culture, music and memorable trends, complete with a mix of dance, vocals and multimedia design. Norwegian Getaway is currently sailing the Caribbean from New Orleans through April, followed by Bermuda voyages from New York this summer between May and August.
“Bring Back the 90s" will also debut aboard Norwegian Joy during its July 7 Alaska sailing from Seattle, where it will homeport through September 2025.
Premiering aboard Norwegian Encore on its March 30 Panama Canal sailing, the line will introduce “Icons: The Bands,” bringing to life the hits by legendary bands that defined generations. The production will also premiere aboard Norwegian Escape’s May 25, 2025 Caribbean sailing from Miami.
Additionally, “Ignite the Night” will debut aboard Norwegian Jewel during its March 2 Caribbean cruise from Tampa. The show has been choreographed by “Dancing with the Stars” professional dancer and celebrity Britt Stewart. Guests can catch the production aboard Norwegian Jewel on its 12-day Caribbean voyage on March 30 from Tampa or its Bermuda sailings from Boston between April and August 2025. “Ignite the Night” will also debut on Norwegian Gem’s Canada and New England sailings from Quebec City on September 5, 2025.
Tip: NCL is also surprising guests with “Mini Moments of More” entertainment pop-ups across its fleet. Guests can expect the unexpected with flash mob performances poolside, in dining rooms, atriums and more. The surprise and delight pop-ups occur every day and are a creative collaboration between the performers and the corporate entertainment team to enhance the guest experience.
