Norwegian Cruise Line Sails for Prime Time

Scheduled for later this month, Norwegian Cruise Line will be featured in a one-hour episode of CNBC’s reality series “The Profit.” 

The show follows entrepreneur and investor Marcus Lemonis as he offers struggling small business across the country his cash and advice for a piece of the business and percentage of the profits in. He does everything from firing the president of the company to doing the work himself, to save the business and make his money back. 

The episode will feature Zoe’s Chocolates as they pitch their products to Norwegian executives. The episode was filmed on Miami-based Norwegian Escape, which currently sails the eastern and western Caribbean

The episode featuring Norwegian Cruise Line is scheduled to air Tuesday, July 25th at 10PM ET/PT on CNBC.     

The ship can carry over 4,200 guests and has 27 dining options, 21 bars and lounges, and plenty of entertainment options including a comedy club, circus show, and wine-tasting musical. Dining experiences include land-based outlets including Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville restaurant and 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar. It also features the largest ropes course and water park at sea, according to the company as well as adults only and kids only spaces. Also aboard is a Mandara Spa, on board shopping, and casino.

Norwegian offers cruises not only in the Caribbean, but also South America, Australia, Europe, Alaska, and Asia. Until July 31, 2017, the company is offering up to five free offerings including free unlimited open bar and free specialty dining when guests book a selects cruises and lodging.
