Platinum Seminars Sets 2006 Princess Program

Platinum Seminars announced its 2006 line-up of training programs on Princess Cruises. It's the first of a wave of new sail dates from Platinum Seminars, according to Bill Brown, president and CEO, Platinum Seminars. The Princess sailings feature Alaska/Inside passage, Mexican Riviera, eastern and western Caribbean, western Europe and transAtlantic itineraries. For example, a Platinum Seminars program on Golden Princess' seven-night "Southern Caribbean" cruise will cost agents just $399. During the seven- to 15- day portfolio of Platinum Seminars cruises, participating agents can experience the ship's amenities and services and enjoy ports of call. During their time onboard, they also learn more information about the specific line they are cruising on, as well as industry knowledge and sales and marketing techniques, such as how to qualify clients, market cruises and close the sale. Platinum also offers training programs onboard myriad other lines, as well as specialty courses about incentive and affinity group sales. Agents who take Platinum Seminars' programs at sea receive three continuing education credits through The Travel Institute.
