Princess Cruises to Hold Double Christening

Princess Cruises will hold an unprecedented dual christening of its 3,100-passenger Emerald Princess and 7110-passenger Royal Princess when the two ships are simultaneously named in Greece in May 2007. Both ships begin sailing in Europe this April on a series of Mediterranean itineraries and exemplify Princess' dedication to both large and small cruising. "These two ships represent the full scope of our fleet—from large to small—and it will be a wonderful contrast to launch them together at the same time," says Jan Swartz, Princess' senior vice president of customer service and sales.
