Princess Cruises has enhanced its POLAR Online booking engine with new features requested by travel agents.

New features include online deck plans that allow agents to virtually view any public area of the ship, ship facts, itinerary maps. Agents will also be able to answer client questions directly from the POLAR Online screen without navigating away to consult other sources.

Also included is a weather tracking feature that keeps up to date tabs on weather information at all ports of an itinerary.
