Responding to the growing demand, Riviera River Cruises has expanded its North American reservations team with the addition of two new reservation specialists, Bhavna Mistry and Boyana Ahmetovic. Together the two have more than 25 years of experience in the travel industry.
“We’re excited to welcome Bhavna and Boyana to our team and look forward to them establishing relationships with travel advisors across the continent,” said Marilyn Conroy, Riviera River Cruises’ executive vice president sales and marketing North America, in a press statement. “We’re also extending an additional $500 per cabin discount through February, meaning travelers can save a total of up to $3,000 on cruises from eight to 15 days, and offering a gift card to advisors for new bookings. At Riviera, we’re 100 percent supportive of our travel advisor partners and are the only river cruise line that doesn’t sell directly to their clients.”
Mistry comes to Riviera River Cruises with 23 years of experience in the travel industry, while Ahmetovic has three years of experience.

Riviera’s North American reservations team accepts bookings only from travel advisors, with a reservation line that’s open from 9 a.m. ET to 8 p.m. ET. Consumers who contact Riviera directly are referred to book their river cruise through their own travel advisor or, if they don’t already have one, the booking will be turned over to an advisor near them with whom Riviera has a relationship.
Riviera River Cruises offers 20 itineraries on 10 rivers and waterways, including exclusive departures for solo travelers with no single supplement and holiday season cruises.
