Seabourn has announced the relaunch of its website, Seabourn.com, with new features that are designed to be more user-friendly and accessible. With the new "My Seabourn" account feature, guests can review their bookings and manage their reservations online, including adding options, printing out their itinerary, and adjusting onboard preferences during their cruise.
Prior to their cruise, passengers can add on options such as spa appointments or shore excursions. Onboard preferences for guests that can be selected include beverage preferences for their complimentary in-suite bar, bed configuration, choice of pillows, dining, suite amenities and many other customized features.
In addition to reservation management, the site features new menus and options, for easier navigation throughout the site and exploration of the Seabourn's cruises. More and larger photos of the line's ships populate the site, complemented by virtual tours featuring detailed deck plans, for a glimpse of what guests have to look forward to.
Other new features include a drop-down menu with links to Seabourn's various social media sites, including Facebook's "Like" button throughout the site, for guests to share on the social networking site. While browsing, guests can also add an itinerary or shore excursion to a list of personal favorites under their "My Seabourn" user account, for later review or confirmation. Following guest and user feedback, Seabourn has added a "Customer Care" button at the right top corner of each page, to contact a Seabourn representative or look over FAQ's for the answers to any questions they may have.
