Seabourn Odyssey Completes Renovations

Seabourn has recently completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of Seabourn Odyssey, refreshing the look and feel of the vessel with open interiors, modern technology updates and contemporary furnishings.

The renovation, completed in Genoa, Italy in May, included extensive updates to many of the public and guest areas throughout the ship, such as Seabourn Square, The Restaurant, and the Card Room.

Seabourn Square, the communal hub of any Seabourn ship, has been updated to include new furniture, lighting and "whimsical" carpet designs. In The Restaurant, walls have been decorated in toffee-toned woods and caramel accents, and in the Card Room, new chairs have been upholstered in geometrically patterned velvet and arranged around new card tables.

Guest suites have also seen significant updates, with Veranda Suites now showing new stone tops on the bedside cabinet and credenza, joined by a new table, designer bedding and sofa pillows. Similarly, Premium Suites have been updated with new furniture and a new color palate.

Finally, entertainment and technology systems also received several updates during the refurbishment. New televisions are now installed in all guest suites, integrated with an interactive high-definition TV system, and new internet optimization technologies have been installed to help improve overall guest experience across the ship. Additionally, all suites have USB 2.0 outlets on the nightstand and wireless access points have been added to every guest suite and boosted in public areas.
