Thirty-Percent Commissions From French Country Waterways

Travel agents can double their usual commissions by booking with French Country Waterways. Agents who book individuals, groups and charters with the barge line this year on any of its 45 departures in July and August of 2008 will receive commissions of 30 percent. Prices have not been set for 2008, but 2007 all-inclusive rates range from $4,495 to $5,995 per person and between $42,360 and $84,510 for charters. The five-barge fleet carries eight to 18 passengers on six-night cruises in France that call on Champagne, Burgundy, Alsace-Lorraine and the Upper Loire Valley. Highlights include a dinner ashore at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Visit [] for more information.
