Viking to Visit 6 New Ports on its New 2020-2021 World Cruise

Scheduled to depart December 14, 2020, Viking’s new 2020-2021 world cruise will include visits to six new ports of call for the company. The 2020-2021 Viking World Cruise will span 161 days, visit six continents, stop at 75 ports and include overnight stays in 13 cities.

Sailing aboard 930-guest Viking Sun, the cruise will start off in the Caribbean, continue to the South Pacific and Asia, explore the Middle East, sail through the Mediterranean and finish in London. Travelers may opt for the shorter 140-day sailing, 2021 Viking World Discoveries, which will leave from Los Angeles January 4, 2021 and visit 27 countries and 66 ports.

Marking Viking’s first visit to the Hawaiian Islands, two of the world cruise’s new stops will be Honolulu and Nawiliwili. On Oahu in Hawaii’s capital, guests will be able to visit historic landmarks, go shopping relax at Waikiki Beach and more. Stopping at Nawiliwili, passengers can learn why Kauai earned the nickname Hawaii’s “Garden Island” with a visit to the Na Āina Kai Botanical Gardens & Sculpture Park.
