Sol Melia and Amistur are offering a people to people familiarization program in Cuba for U.S. travel professionals organized by the Fund for Reconciliation and Development, an NGO long active with the industry and Cuba. The fam trip runs April 28 to May 8, and rates start from $1,700, including air from Grand Cayman. The itinerary includes Matanzas, Varadero, Santa Clara, Remedios, Cayo Santa Maria, Sancti Spiritus, Trinidad, Cienfuegos and Havana.
