Amanresorts Opens New Delhi City Resort

Amanresorts has opened the Aman New Delhi, a city resort near the center of New Delhi. The new resort has 31 rooms and 36 one-, two- and three-bedroom suites. Accommodations are either in the main nine-story building or in a five-story structure overlooking the courtyard and hotel pool.

Many of the rooms and suites also have their own internal plunge pools. Rooms have floors of olive-hued Khareda stone, handmade rugs in muted earth tones and traditional jaali screens. All rooms feature terraces with outdoor seating and city views, and are equipped with WiFi, Bose sound systems and flat-screen TVs. Each floor features dedicated butler service.

The AmanRestaurant serves Indian and Thai specialties; and The Naoki features French kaiseki fare which combines the French and Japanese culinary techniques. The Spa at Aman New Delhi has eight treatment rooms, two traditional hammam steam baths and a bamboo garden relaxation area. The resort’s Health Centre has tennis and squash courts, a gym with personal trainers and a 164-foot pool.
