As part of this program, Bucuti can arrange for guests to receive a personalized welcome from their travel agent along with a complimentary bottle of wine or fruit basket upon arrival.
“Bucuti recognizes the important role travel agents play in booking romantic retreats,” said Susan Biemans, director of sales and marketing. “Through this program, we hope to build a stronger relationship with the agents themselves, as well as foster a personal relationship between agents and their clients.”
To start, Bucuti’s management team welcomes each VIP guest with a customized greeting from their travel agent. When booking each reservation, agents are encouraged to include specific details on the couple— if they are celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary, or just vacationing to reconnect— anything to enhance their Bucuti experience. Daily in-room gifts and island activities designed especially for two can also be arranged at an additional charge.
To make reservations, agents should complete the online reservation request available at www.bucuti.com and enter booking code “TAV,” flight information and services requested for their clients in the special requests section.
