Barceló Announces New Riviera Maya Hotel

Barceló Hotels & Resorts says that construction is underway on a fifth luxury property at its all-inclusive resort complex, the Barceló Maya Beach Resort, in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The newest hotel at the resort is oceanfront and will include 756 all-suite luxury guest rooms. It is scheduled to open December 2007. Recently, the resort announced the addition of a new European style spa complex, scheduled to open next month. Featured services will include Swedish and Mayan style massage, couples massage, flotation therapy, hydrotherapy and Vichy showers. In addition, there will be a traditional Mayan Temazal Lodge (a traditional Indian sweat lodge).
