Big Island Resort Announces New Menu

On the Big Island, Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa has some new menu offerings that include shared plates and shared tropical beverages for two.

At Sliders, the resort's casual poolside dining locale, guests can try the daily  tropical smoothie or the Chef's special Slider of the day such as Hawaiian Style Angus Beef Sliders with grilled pineapple and Teriyaki soy sauce glaze or Luau Sliders with Kalua Pork, braised cabbage and a plum BBQ sauce.

From Manta Ray Bar & Grill, visitors can view Keauhou's manta ray that feed most evenings in the waters just offshore. Complimentary educational "manta talks" take place every evening except Sundays just after sunset.

Kai, the resort's signature restaurant, has also introduced a new menu that focuses on locally-sourced foods and includes the Kona Coffee Cultural Festival's award-winning Kona Coffee Crusted Ahi Carpaccio. Island-sourced mushrooms, goat cheese, greens and fish also play starring roles in a Kai dining adventure.
