Blushing Brides: Middleton Rose Garden Reopens for Nuptials

Middleton Rose Garden at The Langham, LondonCalling all brides-to-be. Inspired by the Royal Wedding? Looking for a London venue that’s actually outdoors?

Check out the Middleton Rose Garden at The Langham, London, reopened on April 29 to coincide with the talked-about nuptials of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Al fresco
spots are rare in the British capital, making this courtyard garden—designed with bay trees, jasmine, and roses—especially inviting.

Located on one of the oldest private garden sites in the West End, the Middleton Rose Garden has actually had its name since 1961, when the BBC dedicated it to Cecil Henry Middleton, their horticulturist broadcaster.

The south-facing garden occupies 420 square meters and can host 250 guests in conjunction with the hotel’s Grand Ballroom. Not that the Middleton Rose Garden is only reserved for weddings. This is a fabulous outdoor reception venue for all manner of events.
