Brendan Tours Hosts NACTA Tour

The National Association of Career Travel Agents (NACTA) has announced a six-night tour of Ireland October 16-23,  hosted by Brendan Tours. Qualified travel agents may apply to participate in this exclusive NACTA familiarization tour of Ireland by going to www.nacta.com  and clicking on events and education to register.

This event is limited to 20 travel agents and guests and is a combination of valuable training as well as site inspections of various hotels and attractions. This includes a tour of the Ring of Kerry, a visit to the world famous Guinness Brewery in Dublin and a stay at Drumoland Castle. This event is specially designed to meet the unique needs of travel professionals, equipping them with valuable marketing advice and tools of the trade.

"In today’s economy it’s imperative that travel agents become well educated about all the options for their clients and learn about the various destinations so they can advise guests about their options," said Mary Clegg, vice president NACTA. "Ireland has so much to offer from overnight stays at castles to meeting the locals and enjoying a pint at a local pub."

NACTA represents independent contractors, outside sales agents, cruise and tour oriented agents, group oriented travel professionals and traditional ARC-appointed travel agencies that provide services and support to such professionals.
