Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. (BTMI) has officially launched its summer campaign for 2019—Brilliant Barbados Fly into Savings—from May until October. The promotion is applicable to travelers from both the U.S. and Canada.

In the U.S., BTMI is collaborating with nine key tour operator partners to offer travelers a $200 credit per couple. The partners, including Expedia, JetBlue Vacations and American Airline Vacations, cover a range of accommodations, from plantation houses and luxury villas to quaint bed and breakfasts and beach resorts.

Good to know: Jet Blue’s seasonal weekly service on Saturdays has recently expanded to year-round service between Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI). Service is also available between three of its focus cities and Barbados: New York - JFK, Boston and Fort Lauderdale.

In Canada, the BTMI has partnered specifically with Air Canada to offer a CDN $100 airline credit in the form of a rebate on each roundtrip ticket booked. Unlike the U.S.’s tour operator-based model, the Canadian Brilliant Barbados offer will be available exclusively on www.aircanada.com.

The booking period for the U.S. and Canada applies until June 30, 2019, and the travel window concludes on October 31, 2019.
