Caesars Palace, Nobu to Open First Nobu Hotel

Augustus Tower Spa Suite, Caesars PalaceCaesars Palace Las Vegas and Nobu Hospitality have signed a non-binding letter of intent to develop the world's first Nobu Hotel. Incorporating an exclusive hotel tower with the first Nobu restaurant and lounge on the Strip, the property will reside in the Centurion Tower at Caesars Palace, to feature 180 rooms, including 16 suites and a penthouse, and the Nobu Restaurant and Lounge at 9,500 square feet.

Following a multi-million dollar renovation of the Centurion Tower, the hotel will feature private check-in and an interior design highlighting natural materials and Nobu's trademark Japanese splendor. Located near the existing Appian Way at Caesars Palace, the Nobu Restaurant and Lounge will feature acclaimed chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Completion of this project will continue following the negotiation of definitive documentation and the approval of this transaction by the board of directors of Caesars Entertainment Corporation and the shareholders of Nobu Hospitality.

Trevor Horwell, Chief Executive of Nobu Hospitality, said, “We will bring the DNA of the Nobu brand to life in this venture through the vision of Nobu Matsuhisa with his fellow long time partners and friends Robert De Niro and Meir Teper."
