Travel Agent sat down with Adam Gobat, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cap Maison, St. Lucia’s latest boutique hotel, and learned that the property will be offering free nights to both agents and wholesalers when the property opens its doors in July.
From July to the end of October, agents and wholesalers who book five nights in any of the property’s 50 rooms will receive two nights free. Gobat says its comes out to a savings of about 25 percent off the total price. There are other packages and deals offered by the property that are available online at www.capmaison.com, but this one has only been released to Travel Agent. The best rooms at Cap Maison are the Ocean View Villa Suites with Pool and Roof Terrace. There are nine of these and they start at $900. Gobat says agents should focus on honeymooners and couples but should not exclude families either. There are no age restrictions at this property. It is a secluded property but is also located near the lively Rodney Bay area. So, it’s great for both clients who want to stay at the resort as well as those who want to venture off.
