Ceiba del Mar Spa Resort Ready for Bookings

Following a post-Hurricane Wilma renovation, Ceiba del Mar Spa Resort on the Riviera Maya will re-open on Aug. 1 and is accepting reservations now for after that date. The renovation has resulted in fewer, more spacious rooms, as well as new suites. The beachside resort will have a total of 88 rooms, including 36 master suites and seven penthouses, with all rooms facing the Caribbean. The resort will operate its own tour desk offering private airport transfers and exclusive excursions to Maya archaeological sites as well as to Yucatecan colonial towns and jungle nature sites. Rates range from $370 for a deluxe room during low season, to $1,250 for a penthouse suite during high season (plus tax and service). MAP meal plan is available.
