Central Europe Opens its First Lodge

On November 11, Central Europe celebrated the opening of tis first Lodge, the St. Martins Spa & Lodge in the Seewinkel in Burgenland, Austria. The lodge is set on Lake Neusiedl, a popular tourist destination because of its variety of wildlife and access to hiking, riding, biking and canoeing.

Guests at the hotel will enjoy the fireplaces in both the lobby and on the lake-terraces, as well as local wines in the Gourmet Restaurant and Winebar. The spa and fitness center offers open-air massages in the summer time as well as cosmetic treatments and therapies.

The spa's themes are based around the natural environment of Lake Neusiedl. There are five different saunas and steam baths, each with a different theme including, saltgrass- and prairie herbal steam bath, reed sauna, flint sauna and pannonian-sauna.
