Club Med to Open New Turkey Resort

club med belekClub Med has announced a new resort in the Turkish Riviera, Club Med Belek. The new property, which is home to the Lykia Links golf course, has been designated the flagship of Club Med Business resorts for its golf, premium accommodations and 550-seat amphitheater, the company says.

The Lykia Links is on-site and directly accessible for guests of the resort. Lessons at the Golf School are included in the all- inclusive package, and guests can purchase greens fee packages at an extra cost.

Other activities include a trip to the resort’s mile and a half of preserved beach, lessons at the year-round Golf and Tennis Schools, windsurfing, sailing and sea turtle watching. Event and meeting space includes seven meeting rooms and a 550-seat amphitheater.

Family activities area available for children from four months to 17 years of age as part of the resort’s Baby Club Med, Petit Club Med, Mini Club Med and Club Med Passworld programs. Belek also has a waterpark with waterslides and a bowling alley.

In terms of accommodations, the resort offers 443 rooms, each with a balcony or terrace and 16 two-bedroom villas with indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and butler service. Also on property is the full-service Club Med Spa by CARITA, which offers Turkish baths, facials and other treatments.
