Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Inmobiliaria Canels, SA de CV have announced plans to operate a new property in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The new property, Conrad San Luis Potosi, will be the first Conrad brand hotel in Mexico and is expected to open in mid 2016.
The hotel will be located near high-end retail, residences, corporate offices and the city’s state-of-the-art convention center.
Ochoa Arquitectos and Profettional Design are designing the nine-story steel building with a glass curtain wall. There will be a signature restaurant and bar, 10,000 square feet of meeting space and an outdoor swimming pool on the fourth floor.
