They will also have fully-equipped kitchens, multiple flat-panel LED televisions, Blu-ray DVD players, washer/dryer, luxurious bedding and complimentary Wi-Fi. Three-bedroom villas can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The third tower will have a lobby lounge with top shelf cocktails and tapas, a billiards area, and a cafe. There will also be a pool on the fifth floor, complete with built-in sun shelf, chaise lounges, two whirlpool spas and a pool bar and grill.

Guests of the Marriott Grand Chateau will have panoramic views of the Vegas Strip in a location convenient to casinos, shows, shopping, and dining.
