Construction of Third Tower Begins for Marriott's Grand Chateau

Construction has begun on the third tower of Marriott's Grand Chateau in Las Vegas. Expected to begin occupancy in mid-2014, the property will have 643 villas, and 223 of which will be in the 37-story third tower.

The third tower villas will have mahogany stained furniture, granite surfaces, and beige walls with bold colored accents. They will also have fully-equipped kitchens, multiple flat-panel LED televisions, Blu-ray DVD players, washer/dryer, luxurious bedding and complimentary Wi-Fi. Three-bedroom villas can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The third tower will have a lobby lounge with top shelf cocktails and tapas, a billiards area, and a cafe. There will also be a pool on the fifth floor, complete with built-in sun shelf, chaise lounges, two whirlpool spas and a pool bar and grill.

Guests of the Marriott Grand Chateau will have panoramic views of the Vegas Strip in a location convenient to casinos, shows, shopping, and dining.
