The Palm Beach County Commissioners have awarded a $100 million-plus development project to Delray Beach-based hotel developer Ocean Properties Ltd. Hotels and Resorts to build a Westin-branded property at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Located on the convention center site in the city of West Palm Beach, the 400-room, 25-story Westin Hotel will be designed to connect to the Palm Beach County Convention Center by an enclosed walkway.
