Costa Rica Development Update

Developers of the Bahia Escondida on Costa Rica's coastal Pacific area of Golfe Dolce Bay said they are on schedule to break ground in December. The first phase of the Golfito project, alone, will cost $350 million, and include 75 condos, a new marina and a "bayside village" of boutique shops, restaurants, a yacht club, spa, and pools. TA has learned that construction crews are currently on site and will soon be delivering backfill materials in preparation of the December groundbreaking.
