Couples Resorts recently bolstered its team with the addition of Dean Sullivan as the new vice president of sales and marketing.
With 18 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality arenas, Sullivan brings impressive credentials to his new position, starting February 17. According to Couples Resorts' Chief Executive Officer Glenn Lawrence, he also brings the experience and qualifications for success within a demanding and evolving field.
"We are delighted to have Dean join us at this point in Couples Resorts' development," said Lawrence in a written release. "Sales and Marketing in the tourism and hospitality industry has become a very challenging discipline within the global market place and requires innovative approaches and well qualified staff to meet those challenges. We have high expectations that Dean will be able to continue the progression of lifting the Couples Resorts brand to ever increasing numbers of satisfied guests."
Prior to joining Couples Resorts, Sullivan served as vice president of sales and digital marketing at Atlantis Paradise Island Resorts. According to Lawrence, that experience will prove invaluable for Couples Resorts, as it continues to spread the word about its five-star resorts.
