"Sales and Marketing in the tourism and hospitality industry has become a very challenging discipline within the global market place and requires innovative approaches and well qualified staff to meet those challenges. We have high expectations that Dean will be able to continue the progression of lifting the Couples Resorts brand to ever increasing numbers of satisfied guests."

Prior to joining Couples Resorts, Sullivan served as vice president of sales and digital marketing at Atlantis Paradise Island Resorts. According to Lawrence, that experience will prove invaluable for Couples Resorts, as it continues to spread the word about its five-star resorts.
