The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman has renovated its restaurants, including its signature steakhouse Seven and the Taikun sushi lounge. In addition, new dining offerings on the island that debuted this summer include the resto-lounge SIDEbar and The West Indies Wine Company in Camana Bay, Grand Cayman's first truly dedicated wine bar. 

Grand Cayman Islands - Diving the Wall

For those looking to explore the depths, a number of dive operators are offering discounts on scuba diving, including trips to the Kittiwake and East End Wall.
