Fairmont Plans Mixed-Use Resort in Turks & Caicos

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is planning a mixed-use luxury resort on the west coast of North Caicos in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Located across from Parrot Cay, the Fairmont Turks & Caicos will feature a 150-room resort, 150-room condo hotel and Fairmont branded residential developments. An 18-hole championship golf course will also be part of the development, as will tennis courts, a marina and a Willow Stream spa. The Fairmont Turks & Caicos is slated to open in 2009.
