Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail has announced the appointment of a new sales and marketing team.
Scott Gubrud has been named director of sales and marketing. In his new role, Gubrud will provide leadership on the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing departments, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. Gubrud brings more than 25 years of experience in sales and hospitality to the resort. He joins the Four Seasons with a long track record as the director of sales and marketing at a variety of resorts in the Vail Valley, most recently at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa, where he had been since 2005.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail has also appointed Randi Alt as the newest member of the marketing and communications team. Alt comes to the resort with over six years of experience in the hospitality industry and most recently, she served as catering and conference services manager at Four Seasons Resort Lana’i.
Joining the new sales team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is also Kathi Kotula as the sales manager, who comes to the resort with 20 years of industry experience, most recently with Omni Hotels and Resorts. Additionally, Angella Vallard joins as a group sales manager, coming to the resort from Warwick International Hotels. Anna Mattingly and Brittany Zapp also both join the team as group sales managers for the resort. Prior to joining Four Seasons, Mattingly was with Vail Cascade Resort & Spa where she served as national sales manager, and Zapp previously worked with The Ritz-Carlton. These new team members bring to the resort more than 60 years combined experience in the luxury hospitality sales industry with proven track records for success.
