Chef Francisco Tadeo Ruano of Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa will represent the cuisine of Mexico, with special highlights of Puerto Vallarta, at the 29th annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, CO.
From June 17-19, the popular culinary festival showcases international cuisine for the gourmands and foodies gathering in Aspen. The event also features celebrity chefs, wine tasting and cooking demonstrations in the Grand Tasting Pavilion.
Ruano’s cuisine will also be featured during Puerto Vallarta Restaurant Week from May 15-31. At only 27 years old, Ruano has spent more then a decade excelling in top restaurants and is currently the head chef at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa and Blanca Blue Restaurant & lounge in Puerto Vallarta. He advocates modern conceptual cuisine that incorporates local ingredients, enhancing foods in their most unadulterated forms and flavors.
