Biere et Boules is Grace Bay Club’s latest pop-up restaurant concept, featuring a menu reinterpreting the classic meatball into creative dishes.
Biere et Boules is the third pop-up dining experience to arrive at Grace Bay Club in Turks and Caicos, following the success of last year’s Jar on Grace Bay and the original Stix on Grace Bay, now making an encore appearance at the West Bay Club.
In January 2015, Grace Bay Club introduced a new signature restaurant, Infiniti. Formally known as Anacaona, Infiniti features an open kitchen concept with a contemporary approach to international cuisine. The menu offers a variety of local seafood and fish, as well as a Raw Bar.
Infiniti also features a new design by Thom Filicia, marking an extension of the partnership between Filicia and Grace Bay Resorts that kicked off in January 2014.
Filicia’s design concepts mix dynamic textures, fresh colors and soft lighting to enhance the property’s overall atmosphere.
