Hawaii's Skies Remain Banner-Free

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday ruled in support of Honolulu's ban on aerial advertising. In its ruling, the court observed that Honolulu County has a long tradition of restricting outdoor advertising.
