Royalton Luxury Resorts is debuting another gourmet dining option: C/X Culinary Experience at the Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun. Guests of this all-inclusive and its sister property, Royalton Riviera Cancun, can now dine at an exclusive, adults-only private chef’s table.
The courses are prepared in an open kitchen and are delivered with a dedicated instrumental soundtrack. Guests can choose between foie gras, yellowfin tuna, duck magret in a tamarind glaze or king crab, served Acapulco style. Other dishes guests can choose between include sea scallops on fruffle oil risotto, sea bass à la talla, and black angus tenderloin. The C/X Culinary Experience is completed with a chocolate course.
