Hoku Nai'a's Wild Dolphin Watch & Lunch Cruise in Honolulu

Launched last October, the Hoku Nai'a's Wild Dolphin Watch & Lunch Cruise offers the opportunity to observe Hawaiian Spinner dolphins, appreciate pristine coastline views off West Oahu and enjoy a create-your-own gourmet burger lunch hot off the grill.

Departing Tuesday through Sunday from Waianae Boat Harbor at 9:30 a.m., the Hoku Nai'a cruises a two-hour route that is prime for dolphin sightings. Dolphin activities include guaranteed dolphin sightings, insights from a crew of certified naturalists, narration, video presentation and keiki program.  It’s also common to view other marine life, such as turtles and whales, in season.

The 149-passenger Hoku Nai'a was built in 2007 and custom designed with EPA compliant main engines and hybrid power generator for eco-friendly dolphin watching in Hawaiian waters. It also has a 360-degree observation deck, dining area, bar, restroom and BBQ facility.

The Wild Dolphin Watch & Lunch Cruise retail price is $65 for adults and $39 for children ages 3-11. The mainland travel agent wholesale rate is 10 percent off retail prices. Round-trip motorcoach transportation from the Waikiki area includes original video to enhance guests' experience, and is available for an additional $10 per person.
