Hong Kong Tourist Board Appoints New Regional Director for the Americas

The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has announced the appointment of William Silvermintz as regional director, the Americas. In his new role, Silvermintz will formulate and direct the HKTB's marketing strategies throughout the region, contribute to the HKTB's overall global planning, maintain the trade-partner network in the region, develop high-yield business, and act as the HKTB's key regional spokesperson with the media, trade and other bodies. Silvermintz has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality and travel industries.
