Iberia Launches Check-in at Paddington Station

Iberia passengers flying from London Heathrow airport can check-in and print their boarding passes at Paddington train station in London before taking the Heathrow Express train to the airport.

The Customer Check-in services, launched yesterday by Heathrow Express, consist of three   kiosks with touch screens located next to the Heathrow Express ticket office. Iberia passengers can print their boarding passes and view their flight information before leaving for the airport. Flight Information Display Screens have also been installed next to the ticket office and half way down platforms 6 and 7 of the Paddington train station. On them, passengers will be able to find information about the day’s flights, airlines operating them, the terminals from where the flights are leaving and departure times.

Iberia is one of the four airlines that offer its customers the possibility of using these check-in facilities at Paddington train station. The Spanish airline started offering this service in May 2002, when it first installed auto check-in kiosks in nine Spanish airports. Today, Iberia passengers can use these facilities in 66 of the 111 airports where the airline flies to, including London Heathrow airport and Dublin.
