India Suffers Train Blasts

Initial news reports from Mumbai indicate that more than 160 people have died and hundreds more were injured following multiple blasts on Mumbai's commuter rail network. According to the Associated Press, major cities in the country are on high alert, and the prime minister has described the event as a terrorist attack. Reuters reported that there were seven bomb blasts during evening rush hour on Tuesday.
