India Welcomes Its First DoubleTree by Hilton

Hilton Worldwide has brought its first DoubleTree by Hilton to India. The DoubleTree by Hilton New Delhi-Mayur Vihar has opened within a short distance of many of New Delhi's local attractions, such as the Akshardham Temple, Rajghat, Old Fort and Humayun's Tomb.

The 196-room property includes four suites, with rooms starting at more than 345 square feet. Every room has wired and wireless Internet, LCD television, media hub, electronic safe, refrigerated private bar, tea and coffee making facility and iPod docking station. Additional on-site amenities include 24-hour in-room dining, laundry, concierge and travel desk services.

Guests can choose to dine at a handful of food and beverage outlets. The Roadhouse Bar & Grill is an American-style restaurant where grilled-to-order, NY-style burgers, tender steaks and fresh seafood are served up with live DJ entertainment. Cafe 3, overlooking the pool, is a 24-hour option serving brasserie and deli options.
