InterContinental Coming to Ho Chi Minh City in 2009

InterContinental Hotels Group will bring its luxury InterContinental brand to Ho Chi Minh City in 2009. It will manage the InterContinental Asiana Saigon, which will be part of a mixed-use project in the city's District One. The hotel will be on Le Duan Boulevard, convenient to embassies, shopping and tourist spots. The hotel will have more than 300 rooms and almost 270 residences for long-staying guests. Amenities will include a Club InterContinental lounge, a spa, a health club, a swimming pool, multiple food-and-beverage venues and meeting and conference space.
