InterContinental Opens Taba Resort

The InterContinental Resort Taba Heights has opened in Egypt on the Sinai's Red Sea coast. The 503-room resort features 27 junior suites, as well as seven executive suites and one presidential suite. Walkways link the resort's three buildings: the Pentagon, Atrium and Crescent. In addition to its private beach and two swimming pools, the property has a saltwater lagoon, 11 restaurants and bars, tennis courts, a spa and an indoor heated pool. The opening of the InterContinental Resort Taba Heights gives InterContinental Hotels Group a total of 12 properties in Egypt.
