Island Air is offering one $68 fare anywhere on any non-stop flight throughout Hawaii from now through November 15. The nine-week offer results from Island Air’s customer feedback.
This $68 fare comes at perfect timing as there are countless activities and events happening all throughout the Hawaiian Islands this fall, including the statewide Aloha Festivals this month and the XTERRA World Championship on Maui in October.
Island Air has created a team of social media monitors and customer care agents who are dedicated to reading, understanding and responding to customer feedback. The company is unique in the airline segment as one of the few airlines that encourages social media engagement and will provide customer care response via its official accounts.
“It is important for our guests to know that we hear their needs and are listening,” said Island Air CEO Paul Casey in a written statement. “The simple $68 fare is directly in response to what our guests have asked for and our ability to change the rules and respond quickly is part of our commitment to providing a better flying experience."
Island Air, flying solely between the islands of Hawaii, offers more than 250 weekly flights between Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Lanai.
