UAE developer Nakheel has signed an agreement with Dubai-based Jumeirah Group, allowing Jumeirah to operate and manage Trump International Hotel & Tower, The Palm Jumeirah; the Jumeirah Shoreline Hotel & Yacht Club and the surrounding five beach clubs on the island; as well as The World, a new hotel yet to be announced. Trump International Hotel & Tower, The Palm Jumeirah marks the first joint venture for Trump and Nakheel, which includes exclusive rights in 19 countries in the Middle East and 17 brands.
