LAN Ecuador Begins Nonstop Service From Miami to Guayaquil

LAN Airlines’ affiliate LAN Ecuador recently announced new nonstop service from Miami International Airport to Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Starting on October 4, LAN Ecuador will offer four flights per week on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The new nonstop flight joins existing daily flights from Miami to Quito with connections to Guayaquil and Cuenca.

“Guayaquil is a remarkable city with great energy and excitement that offers sophisticated shopping and fine dining,” said Pablo Yunis, LAN Airlines’ Vice President for North America and the Caribbean, in a written release. “LAN Ecuador’s new nonstop flight offers enhanced connectivity and travel for passengers from Miami to amazing destinations in Ecuador including many UNESCO sites, beaches and natural wildlife preserves, including the Galapagos Islands.”

LAN Ecuador’s new nonstop Miami to Guayaquil route will be flown on modern Boeing 767-300s.
